Postal entries

All postal entries must arrive by the closing date, 4 June 2010. Late entries cannot be accepted.

To send us your prints via post, you will need to do the following:

1. Submission form

   Print out and fill in the correct submission form (note all files are PDF format):

   • Adult Individual
   • Under 18 Individual
   • School Group
2. Labelling of prints

   Label the back of all submitted prints with: Your name, address and phone number.
   For the youth entries also label each image or portfolio with a number and description.
   For Adult entries also label category, image number and description.

3. Fees and Payment

   Enclose full payment by cheque made payable to:
   British Wildlife Photography Awards

4. Size

   Please send prints with a minimum size of 8 inches along the longest edge. We will accept prints up to size A3.

5. Postage and packing

   Package prints with submission form and cheque and post to:

   BWPA
   PO Box 1501
   Kingston on Thames
   Surrey, KT1 9TE

   We have a new postal address for the 2010 competition. Please don't use the old PO Box address from 2009.

   (NB. Please write your name and address on back of the envelope you are posting)

6. Print Returns

   If you wish your prints to be returned please include a stamped addressed envelope and all necessary packaging required for full cost of return. Every care will be taken with submitted entries but the BWPA cannot be responsible for any loss or damage caused.
