Enter online
Read more about what you need to know, and find answers to some of your questions about entry, restrictions and fees.
Enter online and pay for and submit your entries. You will require a broadband connection. Please add info@bwpawards.co.uk to your address book so that any emails we need to send you are not blocked by your email security settings.

Registration
You need to register prior to paying for your submissions
To register: select which of the awards you plan to enter.
Then fill in and submit the appropriate registration form.
You can use an email address to register for only one entrant type, so if you plan to register for more than one entrant type, you'll need to use a different email address.
Once you have done this you will receive an email that includes a link which you need to click in order to confirm and activate your account.
When your account is activated you will be able to pay for the pictures you wish to enter to the competition
Payment
You need to be logged in before you can pay for your entries
Once you are logged in, click the Buy Credits button and choose the number of pictures you wish to pay for.
When you click the 'buy now' button you will be redirected to Paypal where you can make your payment using your credit card or your Paypal account (if you have one).
Once Paypal has confirmed payment you will be redirected back to the BWPAwards website.
Once Paypal has updated us with your purchase details you will be able to enter your images.
Submission
You need to have paid for your entries and be logged in before you can upload any images
Having made your payment, if you are logged into the BWPAwards site, you will be able to upload and submit your pictures
For 24 hours after you have uploaded them you will be able to delete submitted images if you want to change them, or to edit their details. After that 24 hours you will no longer be able to change or delete them.
Adult award entries are able to change their category too.
If you are entering the School Group award, before you submit your image you will need to first create a portfolio to add your pictures to.
After submission you will be able to move images from one portfolio to another if you have paid for it and have space in it.
